At a Skill Center Session, new turners will get a safety orientation and an opportunity to turn an object and make some shavings. For novice and experienced turners, Mentors are usually available for one-on-one mentoring. Please contact Jim Oates if you have a specific request for mentoring so we can ensure we have enough mentors to meet the need. You do not have to be a CVW member to attend a Saturday Skill Session.
